This man from Alsace-Lorraine lived on Argyle. He had fought for the French Foreign Legion in North Africa. When I asked him what he thought about the gangs in Uptown, he started to say something, then stopped and just shook his head. I think he had seen enough fighting. The shot was taken on February 14, 1976.
