It must have been a rough night for the people who lived in this apartment building at 4136 Broadway in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. Not only was the building burned and boarded up, someone ripped the boards off, creating a dangerous temptation for neighborhood kids to explore. Someone even stole the door knob.
