Back in the mid-1970s, this brother and sister lived on Winthrop near Ainslie where many Latin Kings hung out. I took several pictures of them and their family. They always seemed like quiet kids and the girl was inseparable from her ball. It shows up in virtually every shot I took of her. Back then, physical activities, not electronics, brought kids closer together. I’ve often wondered if her fascination with this ball was just a passing thing or if she grew up to play in the WNBA. If anyone knows what happened to these kids, please let me know.
