A busker is someone who plays music in public for a living. I took this shot at a CTA station, but am not sure which one. The blind man playing the guitar was quite good. His seeing-eye dog kept watch over the collection cup and the token supply of pencils. By offering something of tangible value (in the pencil), the man technically wasn’t begging. Busking is a term that came from England. Most of the “tube” stations there contain signs that say, “No busking.”
