Cold weather was like a sedative for Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. Not many people would lounge around outside on days like this. I took this shot in November of 1976 on a cold and blustery day. It’s looking east from Broadway along the north side of Wilson in front of what was then the Bank of Chicago.
