It it weren’t for the fact that this young man was wrapped around his father’s shoulders, I would have sworn that the child had the father wrapped around his little finger. Amidst the gangs, drugs, bars and poverty of Uptown in the mid-1970s, many decent, hardworking people struggled to provide for their families and surround their children with love.
