Here is the view looking north from the upper deck of Wrigley Field taken in August of 1975. The Cubs lost to the Astros 14-12 in a nail-biter that day. Note the empty space running north from the parking lot on the left. This was the old abandoned North Shore Railroad. It had not yet been turned into the linear park that it is today.
