Three Latin Kings “signify” (give their recognition sign) in front of their mural on Winthrop just north of Ainslee. It’s a pity they misspelled “pitty”; they put a lot of time into this one. They had painted the whole wall with a fresh base coat of black. Latin King colors were yellow and black.
