This man was a Thorndale Jagoff (TJO). He and his buddy were preparing to retaliate against the Latin Kings who hung out at Winthrop and Ainslie for stealing their car battery. They came to piss on a nearby Latin King mural and hoped that they would encounter some Latin Kings while urinating. The act was clearly intended to provoke a fight, hence the football helmet, baseball bat, shoulder pads and a bullet proof vest. But no Latin Kings were present. I was relieved. No pun intended.
