I photographed these Uptown apartments on Lake Shore Drive from Lincoln Park. The magnificent view of Lake Michigan has always attracted wealthier renters. I was looking toward the south for this photo. I believe these buildings would have been near Montrose, though it is hard to tell an exact address.
