Every time I look at this shot, my stomach clenches. There was some kind of commotion on the street to my right. These kids were straining to see it … including the 4-5 year old who climbed up to the top of the railing, about 10 feet above street level. Had she fallen, she would have been seriously hurt. No one noticed her. I call this shot “Wallenda Wannabe” because she seemed as fearless as the family of famous tightrope walkers who performed without a safety net.
